After many years in the fashion industry, I founded IRM Solution to create a strategic bridge between design and production — bringing together creativity, precision, and international standards under one structure.
Throughout my career, I have worked across product development, design, brand building, business development, cost control, supplier management, and international production coordination.
Today, IRM Solution operates as a global production partner, managing small-batch, high-quality collections from sketch to shipment.
We collaborate with international brands across Europe and beyond, ensuring European standards, transparent processes, and export-focused manufacturing.
